We are a pharmaceutical company present in more than 20 countries, offering products and services to improve people's lives with quality and innovation. This Policy applies to Eurofarma Group companies, including Eurofarma Laboratórios S.A. (and the products of Momenta), Pearson Saúde Animal S.A., Instituto Eurofarma, Conte Capital S.A., in addition to other Group companies and subsidiaries.
When You access or interact with our websites or use our services, we may store certain information (“Data” or “Personal Data”) about You. We have prepared this Policy to clarify which Personal Data may be processed by Us.
This Policy is an information document intended to clarify how we use and protect your Personal Data. By using our services and products and interacting with Us, You will be aware of how we use your Personal Data for the purposes described herein. The amount and type of information collected by Us varies depending on Your use of our products and services. We will collect different Personal Data, for example, if You are a consumer, a healthcare professional, or a partner or if You are only visiting one of our websites.
To make these differences clearer, we have listed below the main purposes for which your Data may be used, depending on the type of interaction You have with us:

Children's data: Some of our services and products may be targeted at children, i.e., people under the age of 12. In these cases, whenever necessary, we will seek the authorization of your parents or legal representatives to process your Personal Data under the terms of the applicable laws.

Suppose You are a consumer of our products through our e-commerce portal (“Portal”), in addition to the form of use described in item 1.1 above where applicable. In that case, your Data will also be used in accordance with the description in the table below:

3. Who do we share your Data with?

Our suppliers: We have a number of suppliers that we need to hire to operate our services, and some of them may process the Personal Data we collect. For example, companies that provide data hosting services, customer service, authentication and validation of registrations, and advertising companies, among others. To the extent possible, we seek to carefully evaluate our suppliers and enter into contractual obligations with them for information security and protection of Personal Data in order to minimize risks to the holders, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the correct handling by third parties, who use, disclose and protect personal data following their respective privacy policies.
Business Partners: in addition to our suppliers, we may eventually share Personal Data with our business partners, to enable the offer of a certain product or service or special condition to You. In the same way as we do with our suppliers, we use our best efforts to carefully evaluate our business partners and enter into contractual obligations with them for information security and protection of Personal Data to minimize risks for holders, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the correct handling by third parties, who use, disclose and protect Personal Data in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
Clinical Research Partners: in some situations, the Eurofarma Group needs to hire clinical research centers and other partners who carry out studies to evaluate the efficacy and safety of a new drug, for example. In this case, and if You expressly agree to participate in such research, certain Data may be shared between the companies that are part of this study, as well as with ANVISA, to ensure the effectiveness and development of a certain drug. It is important to inform that we will always treat such Data in accordance with what was told at the time and respecting the applicable laws.
Marketing and sending communications: if You are a healthcare professional, partner or consumer of Eurofarma Group products, we may use your Data to send communications and marketing, as permitted by applicable law. For this, we use marketing companies, as well as data analysis systems, mailing tools and notification APIs, to send communications, target content and ads according to your interests. To this end, some Data may be shared between Eurofarma and other companies, mainly registration data, unique identifiers, IP addresses, cookies, behavioral data, and data on the use of our services and platforms (analytics), which can be used to measure the efficiency of online advertising.
Eurofarma Group Companies: we may transfer the Data between the Eurofarma Group companies to provide due service to our customers and consumers, in addition to ensuring compliance with the legal and regulatory obligations of the Eurofarma Group.
To safeguard and protect the rights of the Eurofarma Group: we reserve the right to access, read, preserve and disclose data that we believe are necessary to comply with a legal obligation or a court order; meet regulatory demands with Anvisa or other entities; and protect the rights, property or safety of Eurofarma, our employees and customers.
4. Where is your Data stored, and where is it shared?
The Data we collect is hosted on servers located in Brazil. However, as we are a multinational company, we may, in certain cases, share your data with Eurofarma Group companies in other countries or with third parties for the improvement and development of products and services to meet a regulatory obligation of a foreign authority or due to the provision of services by partners or suppliers located outside Brazil.
All international transfers involve only third parties that demonstrate compliance or are in the process of complying with applicable laws and maintain a level of compliance similar to or even stricter than that provided for in applicable Brazilian law.
By using our services or providing Personal Data, You represent that You are aware of the processing and international transfer of such Data. This Data may be subject to local legislation and relevant rules.
5. What are your rights as the holder of Personal Data?
Personal Data is yours, and Brazilian law grants You a number of rights related to it. We are committed to the enforcement of these rights, and in this section, we will explain how You can exercise these rights with Us.

o You can request access to this information through the contact channel available in item 8.
· You may request correction of the Personal Data we hold about You.
o We make it possible for You to request corrections to your Personal Data if You identify any outdated or inaccurate information.
· You may request the deletion of Personal Data, in whole or in part.
o We allow You to request the deletion, in whole or in part, of Your Personal Data. An important message: some Personal Data cannot be deleted due to legal obligations, contractual performance or other reasons, but in such cases, we will maintain our commitment to confidentiality and protection of such Data.
· You may restrict the processing we carry out of your Personal Data.
o You may restrict the processing of your Personal Data by Us in a number of ways:
(i) On any website, via browser. Suppose You are using a browser (e.g., Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox). In that case, these programs have tools to refuse and turn off the collection of some browsing data, including the possibility of You browsing anonymously. We will always respect this right of yours. · Given consent for us to process the Personal Data, can you change your mind?
o Yes. You can revoke your consent. On occasion, we will also inform You of any consequences of withdrawing your consent (for example, restrictions on the use of certain services that depend on your consent).
· If you want a copy of all your Personal Data or portability, you can ask us.
o Simply contact Us following the guidelines indicated in item 8, and We will provide this Personal Data in a format that can be opened on any computer to You or to any third party You request.
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your Personal Data (or to exercise your other rights). We may also contact you for more information regarding your request in order to expedite our response.
We try to respond to all legitimate requests as soon as possible.
6. How long will your Personal Data be stored?
We will keep your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collect it, including for the purpose of complying with any legal obligations (such as the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet for the Internet to store access records for 6 months), contractual, accountability or request from competent authorities.
